The key to success is action, and the essential in action is perseverance
How much water are you drinking? Are you drinking soda? Are you drinking alcohol? Are you drinking coffee? If the answer to the last three questions are yes, then stop it. None of that is good for you at all. The key to success is to make sure you are drinking enough water. At least 2.5 L of water a day. Make sure you are drinking water throughout your workout (at least 4-6 oz. every 15 minutes).
