A champion is someone who gets up when they can't.
Because of my job, I have to do a big part of my workout in the morning before I go to work. Getting up really early stinks at first, but once you build the habit, makes everything better. Sometimes it's hard to get up in the morning, but every day you get up, get out of bed, and get to it, you are declaring that you are going to conquer that day.

Weights: Back, Traps, Biceps
Meditation / Relaxation (10 minutes)
