Everyone stretches their legs, but not everyone stretches their chest. For desk jockeys, this is especially important since we spend so much time hunched over, but if you are lifting, you will find yourself contracting if you don't stretch the chest. Consider behind the back elbow to elbow grip, above the head chest stretch, bent arm wall stretch, extended child's pose, doorway chest stretch.
