Naan
From Moti's to Blue Street
When Sara was a kid, her parents would often take her out to eat in Roppongi at their favorite Indian restaurant, Moti. They would always get the same thing, butter chicken with naan. There's something magical about dipping warm naan in creamy perfectly flavored butter chicken. It's delightful. When we moved to Yokosuka, we found a little Indian place with orange tables up a flight of stairs just off Blue Street (now it's called Sarina). The naan was always enormous and we sopped up our curry in warm delight.
