I don't count my sit-ups. I only start counting when it starts hurting because they're the only ones that count.
Today is a good day to focus on your core. There are lots of great ways to exercise your core. Personally, I love Emma Lovewell's workouts on the Peloton App. She is the queen of core workouts. Another classic is the P90X Ab Ripper X workout. There are so many great core workouts available that there is no excuse to not have a strong and functional core muscles.
Cardio of Choice (60 minutes)
Core Workout (10 minutes)
Stretching or Yoga (10 minutes)
Weights: Back, Traps, Biceps
Soak in a hot bath (15 minutes)
- Put some epsom salt in the bath. It helps soften the skin, reduces soreness and pain, promotes foot health. You may want to shower off when you are done. Then apply lotion to your skin. Get in your jammies and go to bed.
- Don't forget to bring your water bottle with you into the bath. Staying hydrated is key!
