Leg Day is the Best! I love seeing dudes who are all swoll on top and look like they are walking on chopsticks. If you are aerobically active, you don't need to go insane on leg day, but strong legs improve performance, reduce lower back pain, build muscle, burn more calories, and help prevent injury. Leg strength and mobility is key to a healthy and happy life.
