Stretch your Hamstring! A lot of people have tight hamstrings. Stretching your hamstring helps to relieve back pain, improve posture, and avoid soreness and injury. A lot of back pain, knee pain, and leg pain (even tight calves) can be traced back to tight hamstrings. Baby your hamstrings and you will avoid a lot of orthopedic misery over time.
