Scrambled eggs

Gordon Ramsey knows his eggs
I lived much of my life eating subpar scrambled eggs.  Then I watched Gordon Ramsey make scrambled eggs and it blew my mind.  It seems like such a simple thing to make, but his wizardry made something simple delicious. For years now, we have enjoyed scrambled eggs on a whole new level.  Don't settle for the mediocre in your life, Gordon Ramsey it and live above the mediocre. 

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
  

• 1/2 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 Tbsp Sour Cream (or Creme Freche if you are really living it up)
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Crack 3 eggs into pan and place your butter.
2. Turn on stove to high medium.
3. Mix the eggs with a spatula as the pan begins to heat up
4. Keep mixing vigorously as the eggs begin to solidify, removing the pan from the heat from time to time.
5. Add the Creme Freche or Sour Cream as they start to come together.
6. Keep mixing!
7. Right before they are about to be done, remove from pan and place on your plate.  They will finish cooking on your plate.  
8. Salt and Pepper your delicious, delicious eggs.
