In Japan, they have these super deep tubs called "furo". They fill it with hot water and use it to relax after a long day. Soaking in a hot bath before going to bed is one of the best things you can do for your body after a strenuous day. Try it for a week. You'll never go back.

Idea:
- Get everything ready for bed. Put all of your phones, watches, devices, etc. in a different room. Fill up the tub with hot water, get in and soak for 10 minutes. When you are done, get out, get dry, get your jammies on and go to bed.
