Congratulations! You made it to day 45. You should be feeling more fit, confident, and ready for what's next! So what's next? No matter what you plan on doing next, make sure you keep lifting at least 3 days a week so you don't lose the gains you've made. Rotate through these exercises, work on some new ones. You don't need to do more than 2 sets when you are maintaining, so use that extra time to focus on something new like mastering pull-ups, doing more cross-fit, or maxing your bench. Just remember, dreams didn't get you here, your hard work got you here. You can do anything you set your mind to and you just proved it.
