Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax
Day 7 usually falls on a Sunday so do your Sunday as you see fit.
Cardio of Choice (60 minutes - light)
Ideas:
- Go for a long walk. Talk about life with someone you love. Listen to an uplifting podcast or just be outside.
- Make a plate of cookies or a loaf of bread and walk to someone's house and tell them you appreciate them.
Stretching or Yoga (30 minutes)
Prep (30 minutes)
- Go through your calendar for the upcoming week, plan out when you will do your workouts and what you are going to do each day.
- Plan your meals for the week and make your grocery list. Prepare any meals that you can ahead of time. For example: cook a bunch of brown rice, make quinoa, bake wheat bread, make granola, etc.
Meditation / Relaxation (60 minutes)
- Make time to be alone without your phone or other distractions. Use this time to read your scriptures, pray, meditate, or soak in a hot tub. Just find time to do nothing with as few distractions as possible. If you have kids, make them do it as well. Your brain will thank you.
